Hello Parents! 

You can find the pre enrollment google form for the 24-25 school year below, enrollment packets will be sent via email once all documents are verified. If you would like to double check if we are your neighborhood school,  you may check on School Finder.

K-5th 24-25 Pre-Enrollment Google form

We will be closed for summer starting June 11th, but we will reopen July 25th If you would like to submit your required documents in person. Please come by the office between 10-2p. Make sure you bring the required documents below.

1. Birth Certificate

2. Immunization Records

3. Proof of Residence (Utility Bill: SDG&E, Cable or Water)
